Well its a rainy Sunday here so I don't think we will be to much. I need to get the groceries and get everything organized for tomorrow as the two of the
kids are at daycare and Zoe is starting her drama camp. Its only a few blocks from work so she will come with me and I'll walk her over in the mornings
and Steve will go and get her at the end of the day. I think I might make some bread and buns this afternoon since its cooler.
Well I hope everyone is having a good Sunday. CerysG

Mmmm, bread & buns, sounds good Cerys! Today is quite a nice day here in my part of Ontario. Clouding over sometimes, but still nice. I am officially
on vacation for a week.....ya hoooooo!!! Our 9 yr old & I are going to see Ice Age 3 (in 3D) soon, so that should be good. Other than that we are just
relaxing for the week & taking day trips. We'll get to the Toronto Zoo one day & hope to see the polar bears.

Good Morning
Well I must have eaten something Aliyah didn't like yesterday as all evening she cried and cried poor wee thing. She finally settled about 11pm. I haven't been doing much of interest, just Mummy stuff. Those bread and buns sound yummy Cerys Have a great time at the movies Maureen!

Ice Age is awesome, Maureen!!!! Ya'll are going to love it. I went and saw it yesterday and it was every bit as good as the first one.
It's very cloudy here and the weatherman says there's a very good chance for rain nearly every this week. I hope it does rain! Everything is parched here and rain is desperately needed. Not much planned. Think I'll head for the couch and stitch while we watch more of The Waltons. It's my mom's favorite show and we're borrowing the DVD's. DH is really enjoying it, and it's also a window into my past. All of my grandparents were very poor during the Depression and lived just like the Waltons do. |

Glad you liked Ice Age, Rachel. Maureen, I hope you and your daughter enjoy it, too!
Cerys, homemade bread and buns mmmm! Hope everyone had a nice 4th, whether you were in the USA or not. We had Amara dedicated this morning during the morning church service. My parents drove up for the occasion and we had lunch with them afterwards. Now we're just laid back at home. I was able to stitch on MOA for about an hour last night while Amara was snuggled up on my chest. Andie, I'm sorry Aliyah had a hard time last night (you as well). I was going to mention that a lactation consultant gave me an excellent website to look at www.lowmilksupply.org - lots of reading material! I started taking fenugreek yesterday afternoon to see if I can get more milk in. I was only able to pump 3 oz yesterday morning and throughout the day I only pumped 1 oz at a time. This morning I only pumped 2 oz! I feel like I'm drying up already and I've nursed at every opportunity until yesterday morning when I wanted to see how much I was producing. I came across something on that site about women with polycystic ovarian syndrome have a hard time nursing, so it's something I'll ask our doctor about on Wednesday when I take Amara in, since I have PCOS, as well. So far I haven't noticed an increase of supply with the fenugreek.

Hey everyone! Cerys, the buns and bread sound yummy! I bet Zoe's excited for drama camp! Maureen, have fun on your vacation! :) Sorry about Aliyah being
fussy all day, Andie. Rachel good luck getting some rain! We've had a lot lately! I'll try and send it your way :) Wendy, hope you find out something
from your doc about the nursing issue!
Well, I haven't been sleeping very well at night. This has lasted for about 3 or 4 days now. I'm so tired, I have to try to nap during the day because I'm just exhausted. Today I spent most of the day in my bedroom in the dark watching TV and dozing off. I think it's because I'm anxious that DH is leaving soon...at least that's the only thing I can really come up with. We went to fireworks last night and it was great as always! Next week is DH's 40th birthday, so we'll have to find some way to celebrate it! We got the riding lawnmower as a combo Father's Day/Bday gift for him, but we can still do cake and stuff. Well, it's 10pm and I haven't stitched much today so I think I'll grab my blackstone fantasy garden and try to get some done while watching a few shows I have DVR'd. Lori
