It was really good. The kids really enjoyed it. Mom & I cried through the adults part as we just lost Grandma in March. But it was definitely a great movie. Waiting for Harry Potter now. Had a baseball scrimmage last night & had a blast! Both teams had kids playing in positions they never played during the regular season & they kids loved it. Did some stitching last night. It was nice since it's the first I've done since the accident. Only took one week. I stitching a Long Dog Sampler for the UFO RR & I love it! I've never done one of their patterns before. Andie: That's what I did with Maria. I b/f her during the day. She was such a piggie though that I supplemented with formula. With in six weeks she was sleeping through the whole night. Lori: Enjoy as much time as you can with DH before he leaves. We all understand. Wendy: Glad to hear your getting time to relax & enjoy the new baby! Cerys: Hope your still enjoying your alone time. Myrna: How's Texas doing? and your Mom? What are you stitching now? Rachel: I sure once DH will start to relax given some time to experience some of our past times. They just loved both movies. They'll start talking about something and then say "SQUIRREL!" and they both fall into giggle fits. Getting some orders done today. I'm back on some meds that I stopped taking while we were gone (since the insurance wouldn't let us refill before we left) and they're making me nauseous and tired again. I went through that the first time I took them until I got used to them, now I have to go through it all over again :( Hope everyone else has a great day today. DH has a 4 day weekend this weekend starting tomorrow, so it'll be nice to spend some extra at home time together! A friend's DDs were in a scene early on as extras. It was a blink or you miss them moment. If I hadn't been warned that they were wearing red t-shirts, I would have missed them. Saw it on a poster over the weekend. I'm procrastinating on going out in the heat and getting the laundry out of the dryer. It should be dry now. Not much going on here today. It's still hot. My mom has been doing genealogy research on a branch of the family we don't know much about. We've always known we had ancestors who fought in the Revolution as Patriots, but we didn't have any names. She found some last night! One of them was hanged for treason against the Crown. I hope to stitch quite a bit. My mom is driving me nuts!!! I know she is in pain but I am not a medical doctor and cannot help her. She thinks because I have a ph.d. I should be able to tell her what to do and if I did, she wouldn't listen anyway!!! UGH!!! If you hear screaming over the weekend from TN it will be in me in frustartion! The guy from TX is still calling but I just don't think I am ready for a relationship w/anyone. I have been divorced for over 7 yrs and still have a bitter taste in my mouth. I am probably one of the few females who had to pay huge sum of money to an ex spouse! So, if Mr. Perfect came along I am not for sure I would bite. Relationships are work under the best of circumstances. But, we shall see. Things have a way of going different than I anticipate! LOL!!! I don't want to be alone the rest of my life but unsure about the committment thing for life. Rachel yep, this is a fitting weekend for that information concerning treason against the Crown! Heather, you and Rachel have me wondering about this movie "Up." Maybe I should go see it! Lori sorry the meds are making you sick! I always hate that becasue you are sicker than if you had a visus! UGH!!! Enjoy time w/ DH! Melinda glad you are back to stitching! I am glad the kids enjoy sports! I am a huge fan of getting parents to have their children involved in sports and other activities. That makes such a huge difference in their lives. Andie & Wendy hopeful you are getting some sleep. I hear babies can keep you up lots of hours. I have never had children but raised and ex stepgrandson from the age of 8 months to 16 months. It was an expience that I will cherish forever! I am still close to his mother and the rest of his siblings! Hope everyone has a Happy 4th!

Sounds like my family will start making there way home today, though depending on what time they leave they may just stop at Steve's sisters for the night and came the rest of the way tomorrow. Sounds like they are having a good time so I'm sure they will be sad to leave. Zoe starts drama camp next week though so at least she'll be busy for the next couple of weeks. Its been nice to have a bunch of quite time but it will be nice to have them all home....well for the first hour until they start fighting LOL. Didn't get as much stitching done as I'd hope as I picked up the new Harry Potter game for the Wii so I was busy making potions and playing quidditch. My arms hurt today as you have to fling your arms about when casting spells. Zoe should enjoy it as well. Mel glad to hear your back in stitching form. Its hard not to be able to stitch for more then a few days when your use to doing it just about every day. Lori hope you can take most of the weekend off to spend with family! I'm sure the time seems to be rushing by and no doubt when DH is gone it will seem like forever. I heard Night at the Museum II wasn't nearly as good as the first one. The girls loved it but I was thinking I'd wait till it came out on DVD and get it from the library. Rachel don't know how you stand living in such heat all the time. Oh well I suppose you get use to it and just work around it. Imagine what it must have been like before people had AC!!!! Ok well its time to start work so everyone hope the rest of your day is a good one. CerysG

When the power is out during hurricanes, by day 4 you're getting used to the no A/C and can imagine what life was like before it was invented. Myrna, you had to pay him? No wonder you've still got a bitter taste! I'm a big fan of moving slow until you're sure you're making the right decision. We haven't even known each other for a year, but we moved slow until we were sure. Then it was a free fall towards marriage! Unfortunately it takes about an hour to get her fed and settled back to sleep in her own bed... BUT it is her own bed and not mine now so I get some proper sleep Issy was absolutly wonderful this morning and when Bethany woke at 6:30 she got her up and changed and gave her breakfast... isn't she wonderful?!! So I got an extra half an hours sleep, you don't realise how much you need sleep til you want it and can't hae it! I think its gotten harder as I have gotten older too. Today I need to venture to the post office. I have my last RR to get sent off. It could be an interesting expedition. Mel, glad your starting to feel better after you accident. Lori, take it easy and enjoy your time with your DH, hope you feel better soon! Lol Rachel, we only use a dryer when its too wet for the clothes line Myrna, just take it slow with Mr tx, get to know him well before taking it any further and see what you think as it progresses. When Hubby & I met we were both still in college & I didn't want to be in a relationship. Hubby said he knew from the first day we meet that I was the "one" & stayed a friend for 9 months until I decided I was ready for a relationship & I didn't want to lose him.
