Myrna, I totally understand the whole bitter taste in your mouth thing. I divorced previously too and it took me 5 years to find someone I decided I could spend the rest of my life with. My mom has been divorced 5 years now and she can not imagine getting married yet. She's dating a guy, but isn't ready yet. It's a very personal thing and you'll know when you're ready!

Myrna: Take your time. When Hubby & I met we were both still in college & I didn't want to be in a relationship. Good Morning

Well Aliyah and I had quite a good night last night, she went to sleep before 12 so I could to, we were in bed by 10 (well she was in bed at 9:30) then up at 12.30 and then up at 4 then up at 7.
Unfortunately it takes about an hour to get her fed and settled back to sleep in her own bed... BUT it is her own bed and not mine now so I get some proper sleep

Yup, I'm used to it. When the power is out during hurricanes, by day 4 you're getting used to the no A/C and can imagine what life was like before it was invented.

Myrna, you had to pay him? No wonder you've still got a bitter taste! I'm a big fan of moving slow until you're sure you're making the right decision. We haven't even known each other for a year, but we moved slow until we were sure. Then it was a free fall towards marriage!

Afternoon everyone! Sounds like my family will start making there way home today, though depending on what time they leave they may just stop at Steve's sisters for the night and came the rest of the way tomorrow. Sounds like they are having a good time so I'm sure they will be sad to leave. Zoe starts drama camp next week though so at least she'll be busy for the next couple of weeks. Its been nice to have a bunch of quite time but it will be nice to have them all...

Nothing much occurring today but work. I can't wait to have a few days off! I hope to stitch quite a bit. My mom is driving me nuts!!! Yes, we saw Night at the Museum II, as well. A friend's DDs were in a scene early on as extras. It was a blink or you miss them moment. If I hadn't been warned that they were wearing red t-shirts, I would have missed them. Love the "squirrell" comment, Lori. My parents' cat used to come running when we yelled that.

My mom took the boys to see Up and Night at the Museum 2 at the drive in one day when DH and I spent the night with my cousins. They just loved both movies. They'll start talking about something and then say "SQUIRREL!" and they both fall into giggle fits.

Mom took the kids & me to see Up on Monday. It was really good. The kids really enjoyed it. Mom & I cried through the adults part as we just lost Grandma in March. But it was definitely a great movie. Waiting for Harry Potter now. Had a baseball scrimmage last night & had a blast! Both teams had kids playing in positions they never played during the regular season & they kids loved it. Did some stitching last night. It was nice since it's the first I've done since the...
